Terms of Service

1. The service

TOMO helps you decide what to watch and find where to watch it legally. It is an informational catalog and navigator — it does not host, stream, or distribute films or series.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Provide accurate information and one account per person.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, hateful, infringing, or spam content; do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

User content (reviews, comments, posts) is yours, but you grant TOMO a licence to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Availability information

"Where to watch" links point to third-party platforms. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee a title is available on a given platform at a given time; always verify on the provider.

5. No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, TOMO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
