TOMO respects intellectual-property rights. Importantly, TOMO does not host or stream any films or series — it stores catalog metadata (titles, posters, descriptions sourced from TMDB) and links to third-party platforms.
1. What TOMO hosts
TOMO stores descriptive metadata and links only. We do not upload, store, or stream copyrighted video. Posters and synopses are provided by TMDB under their terms.
2. Reporting a concern
If you believe metadata on TOMO infringes your rights, email admin@tomo.uz with: (1) identification of the work, (2) the exact TOMO URL, (3) your contact details, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
3. Our response
We review valid reports promptly and remove or correct infringing metadata where appropriate. For content hosted on third-party platforms we link to, please contact that platform directly, as it hosts the material.
4. Counter-notice
If content you submitted was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to admin@tomo.uz with the same identifying details and your reasoning.
