1. Data we collect

Account data you provide: email, username, and (if you use social login) the basic profile from Google or Telegram.

Activity you create: watchlist, ratings, reviews, comments, posts, follows, taste preferences, and watch progress.

Technical data: device/browser type and IP address, recorded for security (login history) and aggregate analytics. We do not sell this data.

2. How we use it

To run your account and personalize recommendations (the core of the service).

To keep the service secure (detect suspicious logins) and to understand, in aggregate, how features are used.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Third-party services

Catalog data and images come from TMDB (themoviedb.org); TOMO is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Sign-in is handled by Google and/or Telegram when you choose them. Hosting and email are operated on our behalf by our infrastructure providers.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (e.g. dismissed prompts, a guest watchlist). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from your Account page, and you can permanently delete your account and associated data there as well.

6. Data retention & children

We keep your data while your account is active; deletion is immediate and irreversible. TOMO is not directed at children under 13; age-based content filtering is applied from your stated birth year.
