KHA man who suffers from amnesia and appears forgetful lives with his grandparents, Ta Meas and Yeay Prak. He is known as the "Mr. Forgetful" Luy is Mr. Forgetful's older brother and he doesn't treat Mr. Forgetful well. However, he eventually realizes the error of his ways. As Mr. Forgetful regains his memory, he discovers that he is from a wealthy family and was targeted for harm due to his family's wealth. Fortunately, Ta Meas and Yeay Prak saved him and took care of him. After recovering his memory, Mr. Forgetful decides to return to live with Ta Meas and Yeay Prak.
